Although for the experienced technicians, LED display installation can be described as a light road, but for some technicians who have just touched the LED display, it is easy to ignore some places when installing the LED display, which leads to unnecessary There was a problem.

1. When installing the LED module, it is required to use double-sided tape or wood glue to make the module card slot and the plastic substrate firmly adhere. When using double-sided tape, it is necessary to add glass glue, otherwise the module will fall off when exposed to sunlight for a long time. Remember! Remember!

2. The LED module uses low-voltage input, so it is necessary to directly access 220V without passing through the power supply, otherwise the whole LED module will be burned. Remember!!

3. When installing the module in the plastic or box, try to use the three-point and four-point lines as much as possible. When connecting, try to make a loop or multiple circuits in the whole word or box, that is, use red and black power. The line connects the modules at the end of each stroke to the positive and negative poles.

4. The switching power supply adjusts the output voltage according to the characteristics of the LED module. Please do not rotate the voltage adjustment button during use.

5, LED dedicated switching power supply. The power supply can only be protected from moisture and cannot be waterproofed, so it is necessary to take waterproof measures when the power supply is external.

6. The LED module has positive and negative poles. When installing, pay attention to the power port wiring. The positive and negative poles must be corresponding. If the positive and negative are connected, the LED module will not emit light, and the LED module will not be damaged. Can be normal.

7. The LED modules all use low-voltage input, and the power supply is required to be installed within 10 meters of the LED module.

8. Do not push, squeeze or press the device on the LED module during installation to avoid damage to the device and affect the overall effect. Remember! Remember!

9. The length of the single branch line is 12~m and 15~m respectively, according to the actual use. The raised cable (including the unused connector) is fixed to the blister base with glass glue to prevent shading.

10. In order to prevent the connecting line from falling off from the line seat, the line seat is designed with barbs. If it is inconvenient to insert, it should be re-inserted. It must be confirmed that the wire connecting the LED module is firmly inserted, otherwise it will cause it to fall off in the future.

11. LED modules that have not been waterproofed should be installed in fonts or cabinets to prevent rain from entering the font or cabinet.

12. The spacing of LED modules can be adjusted according to the brightness requirements. The layout of each square meter is best controlled between 50~100 groups.

13. The number of series connection modules of the power port outlet module should not exceed 50 groups. Otherwise, the tail module will reduce the brightness of the LED module due to voltage attenuation. Although the formation of a loop can avoid the occurrence of attenuation, it should not be connected to too many LED modules.

14. When the power cable is connected to the cabinet, it must first be connected to the corresponding four or three modules through the quad or three-point line. After the power cord enters the cabinet, a large knot should be made to prevent the LED module power socket from being pulled off by the outside.
