The installation requirements of LED electronic display screen are different from those of ordinary indoor LED. The installation must be done in detail. Otherwise, it's likely to cause trouble.

     Six Requirements for Installation of Outdoor LED Display Screen

     1. Installation of lightning arresters on display screens and buildings.

     The main body and shell of the display screen are well grounded, and the grounding resistance is less than 3 ohms, so that the high current caused by lightning can be released in time. The display screen may be attacked by strong electric and magnetic fields caused by lightning.

     2. Waterproof measures of LED display screen itself

     Waterproof and leakproof must be strictly applied to the screen body and the joint of the screen body and the building; the screen body should have good drainage measures, once water accumulation occurs, it can be discharged smoothly; attention should be paid to waterproof and moisture-proof. Display screen installed outdoors, often sunshine, rain, wind and dust cover, poor working environment. If the electronic equipment is wetted or seriously damped, it will cause short circuit or even fire, which will lead to failure or even fire, resulting in losses.

     3. Circuit chip selection

     Industrial IC chips with working temperature ranging from - 40 C to 80 C are selected to prevent the display screen from starting due to too low temperature in winter.

     4. Install ventilation equipment to cool down, so that the internal temperature of the screen body is between - 10 ~40 C.

     Axial fan is installed behind and above the screen body to discharge heat; LED display screen itself produces certain heat when working. If the ambient temperature is too high and the heat dissipation is bad, the integrated circuit may work abnormally or even be burnt down, which makes the display system unable to work properly.

     5. Ultra-high brightness light emitting diodes must be selected

     In order to ensure long-distance visibility in the case of strong ambient light, it is necessary to select ultra-high brightness light emitting diodes; increase the contrast; widen the audiences, require a long visual distance and wide field of vision; environmental light changes greatly, especially may be directly exposed to sunlight.
